Start in life and successful passage into adulthood
with the help of caring families and communities.
The CDF Action Council educates the
nation about the needs of children and encourages preventive investments
before they get sick or into trouble, drop out of school, or suffer
family breakdown.
The CDF Action Council began in 1969
and is a private, nonprofit organization, under Section 501(c)(4) of the
Internal Revenue Code. We have never taken government funds.
